Welcome to vq.pe. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the vq.pe website builder and related services (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration
   You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Plans & Billing
   We offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) to your selected payment method. Taxes may apply. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge all applicable fees. Plan features and prices may change with notice.

3. Cancellation & Refunds
   You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support. Refunds (if any) are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Certain items (e.g., domains, third-party add-ons, completed custom services) are non-refundable.

4. Your Content & Responsibilities
   You own the content you add to your site and are solely responsible for it. You represent that you have the necessary rights and that your content complies with applicable laws. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely to provide the Service.

5. Prohibited Use
   You will not use the Service to: (a) violate law or others’ rights; (b) distribute malware or harmful code; (c) engage in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices; (d) infringe intellectual property; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or (f) host illegal or abusive content.

6. Intellectual Property
   The Service, including software, themes, and designs, is owned by vq.pe and its licensors and is protected by IP laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

7. Third-Party Services
   Your use of any third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, apps) is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Availability & Changes
   We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, risk, or legal reasons.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).

10. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, vq.pe, vqpe LLC, Killwalk, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnity
    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless vq.pe, vqpe LLC, Killwalk, and their personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, use of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction. For services provided solely by our Indian entity, Indian law (State of Punjab) and local courts may apply. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support.

13. Modifications to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the site or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
